After investing more than 13 years into corporate world, I found my passion of ‘working with people’. I found out that I enjoy working with people to enhance their potential. I started creating and implementing various people development initiatives for companies from different sectors. In this new role, over last 14 years, I have worked with senior leaders, mid-managers, teams, individual contributors, across different levels in the organization to enhance the overall productivity and performance of the eco system. I have done this work in various countries too (India, US, UK, Singapore, UAE, Africa).
My personal philosophy of Coaching is : Everybody has unlimited potential that needs to tapped into. The leaders are waiting for some event to make them aware of their true potetial. I as a Coach patiently listen to them - ask curious question and walk along with them during this discovery process.
In addition to my professional work, I invest a lot of time in volunteer-training for NGO. I love to pursue my hobby of ‘magic and theater’ with my kids. I along with my wife, also work on ‘making 1 family happy a time’.
